He holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Theology with a focus on Leadership. With over twenty years of diverse experience in leadership, ministry, teaching, and organizational development, Terry employs a practical, people-centered approach to leadership coaching. His mission is to empower leaders to recognize challenges more clearly, communicate effectively, foster cohesive teams, and cultivate healthier workplace environments.
